Booking and Cancellation Policy

The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation (these conditions are subject to change if any offer is applied).

Booking Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of the stay: the full booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the start date of the stay: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made outside the aforementioned periods: no refund will be issued.

In case of force majeure, the full booking amount will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation date.

Other Information of Interest

The price does not include the tourist tax (2.20 euros per person/night), which must be paid upon arrival at the establishment.

Please note that Can Tres is not a hotel, but rather tourist apartments, so we do not offer all the typical services of a hotel.

To ensure everything is ready for your stay, please inform us of your estimated arrival time.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM / Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID (DNI/Passport) and a credit card. Additionally, a deposit of 150 euros will be required to cover any potential damages to the apartments. The deposit will be fully refunded on the departure date once the apartment has been inspected.
